服务条款 — MangaLens

使用 MangaLens 扩展即表示您同意这些条款。

1. 服务

MangaLens 会翻译您访问的网页中图片里的文字，并以覆盖层形式显示译文。本服务按“现状”提供，对自动翻译的绝对准确性不作任何保证。

2. 允许的使用

MangaLens 仅适用于您已可在浏览器中合法查看的内容。本服务仅供个人使用。其不会绕过付费墙、DRM 或其他保护措施，也不会重新分发已翻译内容。您有责任尊重您所翻译内容权利人的权利。

3. 账户与方案

某些功能需要账户。免费方案和高级方案均有应用中所述的限制。Premium 订阅可按月或按年购买，并会在所选期限结束时自动续订，直至取消。您可随时通过客户门户取消：取消将停止未来的续订，但 Premium 访问权限会持续到已付款期限结束。

4. 撤回权（欧盟消费者）

MangaLens Premium 属于立即提供的数字内容/数字服务。通过购买订阅或积分并开始使用本服务，您明确要求立即提供，并确认一旦服务开始，您即失去 14 天撤回权，这符合欧盟关于数字内容远程合同的规则。因此，当前订阅期间（按月或按年）的费用以及已提供的积分均不予退款，除非适用法律另有要求，或由我们酌情决定。取消始终可行，并可防止任何进一步收费。

5. 付款

付款由 Stripe 处理。我们不会存储您的卡片信息。

6. 责任限制

MangaLens 对因使用本服务或因翻译不准确而产生的任何损害不承担责任。使用本服务风险由您自行承担。

7. 变更

我们可能会更新这些条款。继续使用本服务即表示您接受这些变更。

Premium and trial fair-use limits

Premium includes up to 10,000 translations at the highest AI quality and up to 100 Scanlation pages per calendar month. An absolute hard cap of 15,000 translations applies per calendar month. Monthly counters reset on day 1.

The no-card in-app trial lasts 3 days and allows up to 50 translations per day, including up to 20 Scanlation pages in total. A Stripe billing trial, only when expressly offered at checkout, is separate and allows 300 translations total, up to 50 per day, including up to 20 Scanlation pages.
